Who we are

Invitations, registrations, e-passes and check-in for the events on this site are managed by Pixl Group DMCC on behalf of the event host named in your invitation or on the registration page.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, mobile number, company and job title.
• Your reply to the invitation, dietary requirements, and the details of any guest or colleague you name.
• Your e-pass code and the time you check in at the event.
• Whether our emails were delivered, opened or clicked, and whether you asked to stop event emails.
• How you reached a registration page (for example the campaign link you followed) and when you gave consent.
• If you opt in to WhatsApp messages, your WhatsApp delivery status.

Why we use it

• To send your invitation, record your reply and issue your personal e-pass.
• To send event updates and reminders, and to check you in on the day.
• To give the event host attendance figures and a guest list for the event.

We do not sell your details or use them for any other purpose.

Who can see it

The event host and the event team working on this event. Service providers that run the system for us (hosting, database, email and messaging delivery) process the details only to provide that service.

AI assistant

Some event pages offer an AI concierge that answers questions about the event, and the event team uses an AI assistant inside the platform. What you type is sent to Anthropic (the Claude model) to write a reply, and if you switch on spoken replies, the reply text is sent to ElevenLabs to turn it into speech. Both act as our service providers (processors), and the text may be processed outside the UAE, including in the United States.

We do not store your conversation: it stays in your browser and disappears when you close the page. We keep only anonymous counts (for example, how many questions were asked). The concierge never sees the guest list or anyone's registration.

Please don't share personal details such as your email address or phone number in the chat. Use the registration form instead.

How long we keep it

Personal details are anonymised within 30 days after the event. After that we keep only anonymous totals (for example the number of guests who attended).

Your choices

• Every event email contains a link to stop further event emails. Your e-pass stays valid.
• You can change your reply at any time before the reply deadline using the personal link in your invitation.
• Lost your e-pass? Ask for it to be sent again.
• To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, email privacy@pixl.ae.

Cookies

Registration pages may remember the campaign link you arrived from for up to 30 days, so the host knows which invitation reached you. Some hosts also measure their advertising on their registration page. No cookies are needed to view your invitation or e-pass.
